Coventry Offers Extra Program

Coventry Health Care of Georgia, Inc., now offers free access for Coventry plan members to discounted services and programs that are typically not covered or are maxed out under their health benefit plans.

At the request of Coventry, ActivHealthCare, Inc. is assisting with the participation of chiropractors, massage therapists, and acupuncturists to be a part of the Coventry Extra program. Members of ActivHealthCare, Inc. are automatically a part of the Coventry Extra program as part of their membership benefits.

This program is offered to patients who would not be insured for the services provided. Therefore, the patient would be responsible for paying providers at the time of service. The benefit to you is payment at the time of service, no insurance claims to file, or admin fees to pay. In addition, Coventry will publish the name and location(s) of participating providers in the Coventry Extra Directory. This directory is available to members on the Coventry website. Upon enrollment, Coventry members receive a new member kit which includes a Coventry Extra program flyer.

There is no charge to participate in this program. However, you are required to discount your fees by 20% to eligible patients.
