ActivHealthCare has recently completed negotiations with Health One Alliance, LLC. This contract will add over 90,000 covered lives to our network. Health One Alliance provides strong coverage in 15 counties of North Georgia and 10 counties of Southeastern Tennessee.

Effective December 31, 2007, ProNet will no longer be a network affiliate of ActivHealthCare. This separation is due to the expiring contract and the purchase of ProNet by Aetna.

Beech Street Corporation, a subsidiary of Concentra Operating Corporation recently acquired ppoNEXT, Inc. for $19 million. Since Beech Street is currently one of our network affiliates, there will be minimal change in how these claims are processed.
