This is getting more common and it will continue to increase in frequency. The claim should be handled just like any other medical insurance claim, but the network identification should be inquired about when verifying coverage. We do allow providers to opt out of the auto portion of the CCN network. If you wish to do so, please e-mail us and we will notify CCN. Please be advised that CCN and First Health are basically the same network. First Health purchased CCN a couple of years ago. Last year, Coventry purchased First Health, but they have not started merging in GA yet.
