Everyone knows how devastating the Coronavirus is to our country’s health and economy. ActivHealthCare encourages everyone to follow the guidelines put forth by the CDC.

ActivHealthCare has adjusted our business practices. In order to keep employees safe, meet your needs and follow the recommendations and orders coming from the government, our employees will be telecommuting as much as possible. The access to the office has been very limited, but we are still able to continue business operations.

We encourage you to utilize e-mail or the Contact Us on our website to communicate as much as possible. If you call our office, you will probably reach voicemail. Your message will be directed to someone via e-mail and we will return your call. We are very fortunate to have the ability to access our claims system, voicemail and e-mail remotely. It is not ideal, but it will do until things return to normal. In the meantime, please be careful and stay healthy. We realize how much risk all healthcare providers take when caring for patients and sincerely thank you for the great job you do.

Through our contract with Peach State Health Plan, ActivHealthCare is able to bring our network members the opportunity to participate in Ambetter in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

What is Ambetter? Ambetter is a health insurance product sold to individuals and families. It can be purchased directly from the company or through the www.Healthcare.gov website. Ambetter is a national product, which means people with the insurance can see any Participating Provider in any state.
